Governance condones corporate desires, approves goods, services and manufacturing processes as safe to adopt and use, then downloads all risk and repercussions to the masses who were encouraged to use them. When it all blows up, be it the economy or ecology or social fabric - the same elitist power knob twisters manipulate the aftermath and place blame squarely upon the shoulders of the "trusting" masses and exact a "salvage" fee upon them.
Yes, it is time to look at that process--it is time to see governance and corporate interests for what they are - untrustworthy. Time to replace not "fix"
